Born out of the Passion, Curiosity & Love for Chocolates, our Founders Yash & Sonal were set on the journey to find the correct balance between healthy & tasty. Upon researching for months, all they could find was, the same old chocolate bars, with the same old taste & composition!

 

The Start of Revolution in the Chocolate Industry!

In 2018, Yash got an opportunity to get hands on some confectionery products from UK as one of his friend brought it for him from there, out all the candies and chocolates his heart got enchanted by the one product i.e. English toffee made in local bakeries & confectionery shops there. He was mesmerized by how simple & indulgent the toffee was. The next thing he knew was to launch the same in the Indian market.

 

The Challenge!

The biggest challenge with the market was to hit the correct taste preference and notes for the Indian consumers, That is when Sonal started the Product Development. In 2019, after burning & testing 400+ Kgs of sugar & butter, they cracked the perfect recipe of our now beloved Rocca. The new Rocca has the perfect balance of sweetness & crunch.
